Return and Refund policy
RETURNS PURCHASED AT ELKNRUT.COM

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that is exclusively sold on ELKNRUT.com. All products must be unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must have all original tags attached. If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange or refund for the original purchase price.

Please contact ELK N RUT Customer Service Department at info@elknrut.com to request a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD returns. 
ELK N RUT is not responsible for damaged or lost product that may occur during product exchange or return shipping. 
Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. 
Shipping costs for returns will be at customer expense through customer carrier of choice. 
All RMA’s issued by ELK N RUT Customer Service will expire 30 days after issuance.
